Drumroll please… We’re excited to introduce a range of five new organic baby food recipes to tantalize those tiny taste buds even more! Especially as you are transitioning to solids. At Little Foodie Club we’re constantly striving to help to evolve and expand your babies’ palates and with these five new flavors, we’re hoping to bring a bit more excitement to your mealtimes.

So without further ado, here are our brand new menu additions.

RISE & SHINE BABY BREAKFAST

Our new breakfast smoothie will have many a parent jealous of their baby’s first meal of the day. Blending banana, strawberry and kale with ground flaxseed, this puree is particularly great for digestion thanks to its high fiber content. Potassium in bananas is key in helping to build muscles, while strawberries and kale are an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese, good for strengthening the immune system and bone structure. All round, it’s a great way to start your baby’s day! 

SALMON WITH BEETS & DILL 

Dill and salmon are a classic pair. Add beets and you have a gorgeous seasonal Scandinavian-inspired recipe that is packed full of healthy ingredients. Beets are a versatile root rich in immune-boosting vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium and manganese, while salmon is packed full of vitamin B12 and of course that brain and heart food omega-3. Oh and don’t worry, we won’t tell if you sneak a taste!

TOMATO PASTA WITH BASIL 

Introducing your little one to the lovely flavors of Italy, we slow-cook sweet tomatoes with carrots and add a touch of olive oil and fresh basil. Our pasta, naturally comes from the motherland, too, made with organic, hard durum-wheat flour (called semola di grano duro in Italian) which retains that typical nutty taste. Packed with vitamins A, B6 and C as well as essential minerals such as folate and phosphorous, this yummy purée is full of goodness.

TURKEY WITH SWEET POTATO AND RED BELL PEPPER 

Sweet potato is one of our favorite veggies at Little Foodie Club because it’s not just yummy and versatile but also packed with goodness. Blended with iron-rich turkey (a brilliant food for babies as it’s mild tasting and easy to digest) and red bell pepper, which has the highest vitamin C content of all bell peppers, this purée is great for building baby’s immune system and supporting brain development. 

BANANA, PAPAYA & COCONUT

Last but not least a sweet treat for your little foodie. Bananas are rich in potassium, which is integral to building muscle, while papaya is full of vitamin C, important for immunity. It also packs folate and soluble fiber, to assist in digestion, while vitamin A promotes bone growth, along with the strengthening of hair, skin, and nails. Coupled with coconut, a great source of B vitamins (essential for growth and development) and minerals including iron, this purée is both sweet and exotic and includes a little bit of sunshine for your baby!
