Flavor of the Month: Mango, Coconut and Chia
After a slightly gray May, summer has arrived and one of our favorite fruit-based purées here at Little Foodie Club HQ is one that really captures that wonderful California sunshine: Mango & Coconut with Chia. Mango and coconut contain an abundance of dietary fiber and vitamins A, B6 and C, as well minerals like potassium and iron, while chia seeds are a powerful source of antioxidants, magnesium and protein. This purée is both sweet and exotic and aids baby’s optimum health and development. And did we mention that it's incredibly delicious too?
