BREAKFAST & FRUITS
APPLE & BLUEBERRY WITH ALLSPICE
Apples are high in fiber and immune-boosting vitamin C while blueberries are a superfood chock full of antioxidants. Finished off with allspice, which lends a wonderful aromatic flavor combining hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves all in one, this is not your average applesauce.
BANANA, KIWI & CARDAMOM
Kiwi is a true superfood, with almost 20 vital nutrients, including five times the vitamin C of an orange, while bananas are rich in potassium, which is key in helping to build muscles. Blended with cardamom, great for digestion, this is a powerful way to start your baby’s day.
BANANA, STRAWBERRY & MINT
Bananas are not just packed full of vital minerals such as potassium, magnesium and iron, they’re also easy to digest and good for both constipation and a runny tummy. Strawberries meanwhile are an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese, good for strengthening the immune system and bone structure. Coupled with mint, one of the highest antioxidant capacity foods, this purée is both sweet and fresh.
MANGO & COCONUT WITH CHIA
Mango and coconut contain an abundance of dietary fiber and vitamins A, B6 and C, as well minerals like potassium, magnesium and iron, while chia seeds are a powerful source of antioxidants, magnesium and protein. This purée is both sweet and exotic and aids baby’s optimum health.
OATS, APPLE & RAISINS WITH CINNAMON
Giving your baby a wholesome and delicious start to the day, this breakfast purée is packed with goodness. Oats are high in fiber, calcium, protein and B vitamins, while apples provide vitamin C and raisins are packed with iron and potassium. Add a hint of cinnamon and your baby’s delicious and nutritious breakfast is complete.
BABY BEEF CASSEROLE
Iron deficiency is a common nutritional problem in early childhood, so introducing your baby to red meat – a great source of iron – is very important. Our baby beef casserole is slow-cooked with carrots - a top choice for baby’s first foods, great for developing healthy skin, teeth, tissues and eyes - and tomatoes and a hint of oregano. It’s very a tasty, hearty meal that is full of nutrients like iron, vitamins A and C and fiber.
CHICKEN, CARROTS & PEAS WITH CORIANDER
Chicken is easily digestible and packed with iron and protein, which makes it an essential part of a healthy baby’s diet. We blend it with carrots and peas, which are packed with vitamins A and C as well as protein, and add a hint of coriander, a mild nutty spice and good source of magnesium and calcium.
LAMB WITH POTATOES, SPINACH & ROSEMARY
This meaty meal combines lamb with potatoes and spinach and is packed full of iron and vitamins as well as fiber and protein. Rosemary contains antibacterial and antioxidant rosmarinic acid, plus anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
TURKEY & SWEET POTATO WITH SWEET CORN & SAGE
Turkey is a brilliant growing food for babies as it’s mild tasting and easy to digest. One of our signature dishes, this purée combines turkey with vegetables including carrot, celery and sweet potato – great sources of vitamins A and C – with a hint of sage giving it a full and rounded flavor.
VEGETABLES & GRAINS
BEETROOT & PARSNIP WITH CUMIN
Beets and parsnips are versatile roots that are both tasty and nutritious, making this puree rich in immune-boosting vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium (great for healthy nerve and muscle function) and manganese (good for baby’s bones, liver, kidneys, and pancreas). Its earthy flavor is underlined with cumin, which aids digestion.
BROCCOLI, APPLE & QUINOA
Broccoli is an all-star food packed with vital minerals and vitamins that are essential to help baby’s growth and development. Blended with apples and quinoa, one of only a few plant foods considered a complete protein as it contains all nine essential amino acids, this purée is about as healthy as it gets.
BUTTERNUT & MILLET WITH ROSEMARY
Butternut is a winter squash that has a lovely earthy, sweet flavor. Coupled with a hint of rosemary, this yummy purée is mixed with mulled millet, a gluten-free grain that is full of niacin and magnesium and great for developing hearts, bones and lungs.
CAULIFLOWER & PEAR WITH TARRAGON
Rich in vitamins A and C and even calcium, cauliflower is one of the most underrated yet nutrient-dense vegetables. This fragrant purée combines the gentle nutty flavor of cauliflower with the sweetness of pear - a great source of vitamin C and fiber - and the distinct aroma of tarragon.
RED LENTILS WITH RAINBOW CARROTS & THYME
Lentils are a good source of potassium, calcium, zinc, niacin and vitamin K, and are particularly rich in dietary fiber, lean protein, folate and iron. Blended with rainbow carrots, rich in beta-carotene, which turns into vitamin A in the body, this is a hearty, sweet-savory meal that babies tend to love.
SWEET POTATO & SPINACH COCONUT CURRY
This is your baby’s first curry, flavored with gentle curry spices and coconut, which give this purée a sunny and warm taste. Sweet potato is a brilliant source of calcium, potassium and vitamins A and C and great for baby’s immune system as well as healthy teeth, gums and bones, while spinach is rich in iron.
TOMATO PASTA WITH BASIL
Introducing your little one to the lovely flavors of Italy, we blend tomatoes with carrots and add a touch of olive oil and basil. Packed with vitamins A, B6 and C as well as essential minerals such as folate and phosphorous, this yummy purée is full of goodness.
ZUCCHINI, PEAS WITH RICE & MINT
This fresh and bright purée is colorful to stimulate baby’s senses. But it’s also delicious and nutritious. Peas are loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients and are a great source of fiber, vitamins B1, C, and K while zucchini contain high levels of lutein and zeaxanthin, which is great for baby’s eyesight.
